This is me 3 years ago when Eden was 3 and I was trying to show that even with little kids you can exercise, even just doing yoga at home -it’s possible.
With your little kids running around ( or clinging to me in my case 😂)
Personally I follow videos by @adrienelouise on YouTube as it’s so easy and I appreciate her mission.
Lacking time is never an excuse to not exercise.
It’s all about priorities.
